Moves

Squares are named as in chess, by column, a to i from the left, and row, 1 to 9 from the bottom: a1 is the bottom-left square, and e5 the center square of the center board. X's moves are blue and O's orange. A line's percentage is the player to move's score after its first move: the share of the points they can expect, a win counting 1 and a draw Β½. That's what the computer ranks moves by, so a move with fewer wins but fewer losses too can rank higher. The bar under it shows their chances of a win, a draw and a loss. WIN, LOSS and DRAW are certain: forced win in 2 means they win within 2 of their turns whatever the other player does, and the line shows one way. The move shown on the board is the faint mark in a dashed outline. Click a move in a line to play the line out to there; point at a line to see its first move on the board.
